Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders addressed outside the United States cannot be placed on this site.

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. There is no minimum order value, no threshold to reach, and no code to enter — the free standard option is the one selected by default at checkout.

Express delivery is an optional paid upgrade shown at checkout. Its price is displayed next to the option before you pay, and the amount charged is always the amount shown.

Standard delivery arrives in 5-7 business days. Express delivery arrives in 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude federal holidays.

These windows are counted from the moment the parcel is with the carrier, not from the moment the order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves us.

When your order ships we email you a tracking link. You can also look it up at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

We ship to the address exactly as it is entered at checkout. Please double-check the street, city, state and ZIP code before you pay — a parcel that cannot be delivered is returned to us, which costs both of us time.

If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us at support@reachaelplus.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will correct the address. We reply within 48 hours.

We do not collect sales tax on orders placed through this site. The total shown at checkout is the total charged.
