Welcome to HONG KONG QIMING STAR TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("Reachael," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at www.reachaelplus.com (the "Site"), purchasing our products, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reachael.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on our Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If you are using the Site on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Reachael designs and sells the Reachael Smart Family Calendar, a touchscreen display that syncs with third-party calendar services. Reachael is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Apple, or Microsoft; their names and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

We strive to display product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications, as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Product colors and appearances may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

To access certain features of our Site, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe violate these Terms or are associated with fraudulent or unlawful activity.

When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Standard shipping within the United States is free with no minimum order value, and we do not collect sales tax. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or modify prices without prior notice. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and offer to re-process it at the correct price.

We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States — there is no minimum order value. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only; orders addressed outside the United States cannot be placed here.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

Reachael products are backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of HONG KONG QIMING STAR TECHNOLOGY LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by Hong Kong, United States, and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

"Reachael," the Reachael logo, and all related marks are trademarks of HONG KONG QIMING STAR TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.

The Reachael Smart Family Calendar integrates with third-party calendar services, including Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook. Your use of those services is governed by the respective provider's own terms and privacy policies, and Reachael is not responsible for their availability, functionality, or changes to their interfaces.

If a third-party service changes or discontinues an interface the display relies on, some sync features may be affected. We will always communicate material changes on this Site.

The information provided on our Site, including product descriptions, blog articles, and educational content, is for general informational purposes only.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, the Site by any third party.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, introducing malware or harmful code, scraping or automated data extraction, posting false or misleading reviews, and impersonating another person or entity.

If you submit product reviews or other content to our Site, you grant Reachael a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.

You represent that your reviews are based on your genuine experience and do not contain defamatory, offensive, or unlawful material. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove user content at our discretion.

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reachael shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HONG KONG QIMING STAR TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hong Kong, China, in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
